Tomato Chilli soup 
Recipe Name Tomato Chilli soup

Ingredients 1 medium onion
500g tomatoes
750ml water and 2 vegetable stock cubes
Chilli sauce
Salt and pepper 
Preparation 1. Chop the onion, skin and chop the tomatoes.

2. Simmer in the stock for approximately 15 minutes, then sieve, stir vigorously to give a smooth texture, or liquidise.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Add chilli sauce a little at a time. Chilli sauce can be very hot!!!... So add lin smaller amounts and taste as you go. Worcestershire sauce or curry powder can be used as a variation.
