Recipe Name Onion soup

Ingredients 3 large onions
50g butter
1 litre vegetable stock
Salt and pepper
Chopped parsley 
Preparation 1. Peel and slice onions thinly and cut into little pieces.

2. Cook for about 10 minutes in hot butter until golden.

3. Add stock and seasoning and simmer until onions are tender.

4. Top with parsley or grated cheese. Serve hot.
