Ugandan Peanut Soup 
Recipe Name Ugandan Peanut Soup

Ingredients 2 tbsp cornflour
700ml of milk
700ml chicken stock
400g ground peanuts
2 tbsp grated onion
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 
Preparation 1. Place the cornflour into a pan and slowly stir in the milk, mixing until smooth.

2. Add the stock, peanuts, onions, salt and cayenne pepper. Keep stirring whilst you bring the soup to a boil.

3. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, mix well and pass through a sieve to remove any large peanut pieces. Serve hot.
